In January, Herman and his wife, Mercy, our partners in the Philippines, hosted a seminar to train pastors and their wives in Myanmar. They spent time teaching and engaging in deep life-on-life mentoring.
The attendees were instructed in how to help bring about heart change in themselves and others as they learn to acquire the heart, attitudes, motives and character of true Christ-like leaders. Through encouraging the pastors and wives to identify and admit to the masks they wear to cover up their brokenness, they are taught freedom in authentically following after Christ.
